About On Rock

On Rock is staffed by individuals who sense a call by God to love their community.  

Our staff range from full-time to part-time and they raise their own support.

Kim Reid is the President and Founder of On Rock Ministries. Kim has a BA. From Concordia University in Applied Social Science. He has worked with adolescents for 30 years. Before founding ORM Kim worked for 14 years as a Child Care Worker with juvenile delinquents. He was responsible for designing clinical treatment plans, counselling of youth and families and teaching life skills.
Kim has a wife, Sylvia, of 25 years and three children, Kirstyn, Kayla and Joshua.   Kim does consulting on drop-in centre development with various organizations and groups seeking to start centres.

Pete Wasyliew has been working at OnRock since the opening the Vault in Valois. He came to help out with the renovations and realized that this was the place for him. He is still working for OnRock at the current Vault location as a ministry team-leader, and taking care of music and book store orders. Pete is very involved in the Food Bank operation as well.  Pete has been a very valuable asset throughout the years. Pete is married to Lina and they have 2 children, Andrew and Brianna.
